Recent Projects: Road Show Information Campaign DDE France
Objectives
The administration wanted to describe to people the three plans for a bypass around the city. To explain the advantages and disadvantages of each plan. To communicate with the citizens.
Strategy
The departmental directorate for equipment decided to organise a road show in all of the municipalities of the city of Laon.
Implementation
The Roadshow is organised on board Diamondspace I. This vehicle is often used for exhibitions, presentations and discussions. Diamondspace I has been selected for the space it provides, approximately ± 20 m2, and the standard equipment that it includes (air conditioning, heating, 6 interior loud-speakers, 220/380 V electrical connection, possibility of attaching a generator, etc.). Thanks to its unique design, its finish and its equipment, Diamondspace I is an ideal tool for communication between the people of Laon and the departmental directorate for equipment. The directorate is planning to illustrate its presentation with a video.
Results
The DDE visits all of the municipalities over a six-day period. They welcome the people in an area designed for exhibition, presentation and communication. They describe the three plans for a bypass around the city and show the video explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each formula. All of he people that have visited the vehicle have been able to see the three plans for a bypass around the city, as well as the video explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each formula. They have met the people and asked for their views.
